Firstly, please do contact us to arrange a free and up to date valuation for your property.

There is no charge or obligation for having this done. Our sales director Steve, will be pleased to come along and meet with you in order to see the property and to gain an understanding of your needs.

As soon as you are ready to go on the market For Sale, Steve will prepare all the marketing for the property including creating a detailed written description with high quality photographs and a video tour. We are very quick and efficient at doing this and most of the time we can have your property fully up and running within 24-48 hours.

One particularly nice feature when you instruct Home Sweet Home is that there is NO contract to sign, no lengthy tie-in period (which is good to know) and you only every pay us after your sale has completed.

We provide a very friendly and professional estate agency service which includes high quality sales particulars, extensive website marketing, video tours, accompanied viewings, for sale board / sold board, town centre office window display, viewing feed-back, marketing updates and sales progression through to completion. We are with you every step of the way.

So although deciding to sell can be a big decision, once you have made the decision the rest is straightforward.

Anti-Money Laundering Regulations - By law, we are required to conduct anti-money laundering checks on all potential buyers, sellers and landlords, and we take this responsibility very seriously. In line with HMRC guidelines, our trusted partner, Coadjute, will securely manage these checks on our behalf. Once a property is being listed For Sale, Coadjute will send a secure link for you to complete the biometric checks electronically. A non-refundable fee of £27+VAT per person will apply for these checks, and Coadjute will handle the payment for this service. These anti-money laundering checks must be completed before we can go live with the listing. Please contact the office if you have any questions in relation to this.
