With Home Sweet Home, sellers can choose to sell their property using the traditional method of estate agency, whereby you pay us a % based commission at the end of the process, after your sale has completed.

Home Sweet Home has been providing this service very successfully for 15 years now!

When you instruct Home Sweet Home there is NO contract to sign, no lengthy tie-in period (which is nice to know) and you only every pay us after your sale has completed. We provide a full estate agency service which includes high quality sales particulars, extensive website marketing, video tours, floor plans, viewings, for sale board, town centre office window display, viewing feed-back, marketing updates and sales progression through to completion. We are with you every step of the way.

New for 2019, sellers can choose our 'Silver Service' package and instead of paying a commission, you pay an upfront fee of just £1,200* which includes VAT. This is on the basis that you do your own viewings. At any time, if you want to, you can upgrade to our 'Gold Service' package for an additional £400 which includes VAT and then Home Sweet Home will carry out the viewings for you. This makes a grand total payment of just £1,600 including VAT which could save you £000's when compared to a % based commission.

Unlike some on-line only firms, OUR service also include our full estate agency service which includes high quality sales particulars, extensive website marketing, video tours, floor plans, for sale board, town centre office window display, viewing feed-back, marketing updates and sales progression through to completion. We are with you every step of the way whilst helping you to save money with a fair, fixed fee. No commission. No compromise.

It even includes two years of active marketing (not that you should need it!). As experienced agents we know that things can happen in life, so if you need to take your property off the market for a while, you can do so and come back on when you are ready, any number of times, within the two years of marketing. Better yet, any time spent off the market due to the property being 'under offer' won't count towards the two years of active marketing.

Please note that the service is non transferable between properties.

What if I changed my mind? If you change your mind within the first 14 days of instructing us, you can cancel the instruction and we will take the property off the market and return you a full refund** under our no quibble guarantee.
