Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
For Sales and Rental Properties, we can also organise your EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) for just £77 with no VAT. The EPC must be done within the first 28 days of marketing. An EPC is then valid for 10 years. The Energy Rating will be shown as part of our advertising on all the websites, sales particulars and our lettings window display.
